Every hour on the
trail counts.
TrailTime is free volunteer hour tracking for trail stewardship organizations. Volunteers log trail work in seconds from a phone or computer; organizations get clear reports of the hours contributed, a friendly leaderboard, and grant-match documentation.
Log trail hours in seconds
Pick the trail system, what you did and how long. Credit the stewardship organization you volunteered with, or scan a work party's QR code to claim its hours.
See your impact
Your own report of hours by trail system for any dates, badges as your hours add up, and a leaderboard for a little friendly competition.

Volunteer time is valuable: Independent Sector estimates it at $36.14 an hour (2025). TrailTime makes sure every hour your volunteers give to the trails is counted — for annual reports, land-manager partners and grant match.
